Spring Outdoor Wedding at Beaver Creek Plantation
Warm Georgia sunshine blessed Ashleigh and Josh’s nuptials at Georgia wedding venue Beaver Creek Plantation. With its gorgeous landscape and rustic buildings, the venue was everything the couple wanted for their springtime outdoor wedding — and more! A soft color palette of mint and blush was selected for the celebration, perhaps most beautifully displayed in the flowing mint gowns of the bridesmaids. Clad in a gorgeous trumpet lace dress by Monique Lhuillier, Ashleigh beamed as she was escorted down the grassy aisle to her groom, the two exchanging vows beneath a flower-draped arch on a small, pretty island in the middle of the pond. Friends and loved ones then traveled off the island to the main building where the reception was held. Berry’s Catering & Floral wowed guests with the food from their passed trays, stations and displays, including Georgia BBQ cocktails in shot glasses, Vidalia onion souffle, garlic peppercorn roast beef, and a grits bar complete with assorted toppings. Saxophone player Michael Hulett brought a touch of class to the party, pleasing everyone with both traditional songs and original compositions. After lots of fun and laughter, the happy couple rode off into the Southern sunset to begin their adventure as husband and wife.
