Intimate Spring Wedding at Canoe in Atlanta, Georgia
A warm springtime sun shone over the Chattahoochee River on Lee Anne and Chuck’s afternoon wedding. In the presence of 80 of their closest friends and family members, including their children as junior bridesmaids and groomsmen, the two said ‘I do’ on the river bank at restaurant and event venue Canoe in Atlanta, GA. The bride, in a fitted gown with a beaded waistline, wore her curled blonde tresses in a chic updo by hair stylist Ginger Rowland of Van Michael Salon while the groom wore a tan tuxedo with ivory necktie from Savvi Formalwear. The girls, in pink and white frocks, held delicate arrangements of lush springtime florals including Karl Rosenfeld peonies, white heather, white hydrangea and pink spray roses. The bride carried a beautiful natural hand-tied arrangement of eucalyptus and rose with accents of white heather by floral designers at Tailor & Table. After the afternoon lawn ceremony, guests enjoyed a cocktail hour on the scenic restaurant grounds while Tiffany and Robert Peterson of Rustic White Photography captured the newlyweds’ first moments as husband and wife. Under the shade of an airy white tent complete with delicate chandeliers, guests dined alongside the couple on a seated farm-to-table meal prepared by Canoe chefs.
