Ariana and James wanted an engagement party that reflected their personal styles and personalities, which is what inspired their retro flamingo theme held at a private residence in Tampa, FL. The bride and groom to be were of course dressed to reflect their theme. The hostess got her hair and makeup done by Michele Renee The Studio and the host was sporting a bow tie from CCAdesign. All the stationery featured at the party was courtesy of Wedding Paper Divas and Laura Morris. The couple made sure there were eye catching decorations from The Bannerie, including black and white polka dot tablecloths from Kate Ryan Linen and the light up sign at the bar that directed guests where to get wine from Speak Wines or the signature cocktail for that afternoon, served in a flamingo cup of course! Even the desserts supplied by Two Prince Bakery, Painted and Sprinkled and OobAlaMode reflected a flamingo design, retro stripes or a were in the shape of a pineapple. To cool off, the couple had Whatever Pops available for guests. Kate Aspen sent the guests home with flamingo inspired favors to remind them of the party and the fun that is to come at the wedding! Marc Edwards Photographs captured every detail of this vintage and fun engagement party.
