With visions of clouds, balloons and happiness, Stella and Mathew’s hot air balloon-themed baby shower at the Evanston Golf Club seemed like the perfect celebration for their little one. Kensington Florals & Events made their dreams a reality with beautiful whimsical décor that was sure to leave a memorable impression!

Guests were taken to new heights upon entering the venue as they walked past clumps of clouds and a five-foot-tall hot air balloon filled with flowers. “Floating” escort cards led them to a breathtaking sight. Fluffy clouds hung from the ceiling above colorful linens and whimsical balloon centerpieces that held baskets of pastel roses, tulips and hydrangeas. Gold chairs, dinnerware and framed table numbers added a sophisticated touch.
Dessert was a dreamy sky blue cake with buttercream clouds from Chicago Sweet Connection Bakery. A giraffe, lion and elephant sat atop in an adorable hot air balloon cake topper. Guests also received custom cookies from Orland Park Bakery that served as tasty favor to take home!
