Daniela and Alejandro were both born and raised in Venezuela before moving with their families to the United States. Each of the two has a strong equestrian heritage, and both were horse riders themselves once upon a time. So what better place for the couple to celebrate their nuptials than at a gorgeous world-class polo club in the heart of South Florida? The event took place on the first day of December. The bride was adorned in a striking mermaid gown as she walked down the aisle, an elegant bouquet of three long-stemmed calla lilies in her hands. Following a solemn ceremony before 350 guests, everyone journeyed to the pavilion of the Wellington wedding venue International Polo Club. Turns out the couple’s chosen color palette of mango and white could not have been a more perfect complement to the rustic warmth of the space’s wood detailing! Planner Karyna Vazquez set up round tables covered in ivory tablecloths and decorated with centerpieces of both tall, graceful calla lilies and smaller arrangements of orange orchids. Sleek white lounges from AFR provided the pavilion with a chic, modern feel. But the focal point of the decor? A real tree boasting delicate, pale orange blossoms — a sight that elicited oohs and aahs from all!
