I’m currently spending the week with my family in Texas, so when I knew that we had this gorgeous San Antonio affair to share with you, I knew this would be the perfect time to show you guys! Annie and Gregg’s wedding was inspired by nature, neutrals and texture (bride’s words) and boy does that show through. The details are gorgeous (do NOT miss the wedding cake or ring bearer) and were all caught on camera by the fantastic Archetype Studio, a Galveston, TX wedding photographer. Enjoy!
Can you give us an overview of the event? We had the ceremony in front of a fountain on the front lawn of the McNay Art Museum, a San Antonio, TX wedding venue. Cocktail hour took place in the courtyard and the reception was inside the museum in the Leeper room.
What inspired the theme or style? Nature, neutrals and texture
What were your unique twists that made the event unique? We had a bagpiper during the ceremony and a candy bar during the reception.
What was the most memorable moment? Seeing all of our friends and family there to share our special day with us. My grandmother’s old best friend stood in as my honorary grandmother since I don’t have any living grandparents (bride).
