The moment the chapel doors opened and Tripp saw his bride, he couldn’t hold back the tears of joy that fell from his face. It was like seeing Nozomi for the very first time. A time he will never forget. Nozomi and Tripp met through an online dating site. After talking for a while, the two agreed to meet at South City Kitchen in Vinings. Tripp recognized Nozomi immediately when she walked through the door. The minute Nozomi’s friendly, warm smile lit him up, he knew she was the one. After Tripp proposed to Nozomi on a park bench alongside the Chattahoochee River, the couple immediately began planning their perfect dream wedding. The wedding was intimate and drawing on Nozomi’s Japanese roots, a Girl’s Day Peach Blossom Festival inspired wedding came to life. Intent on bringing two cultures together, Nozomi and Tripp turned their wedding into a magical event by merging their individual styles and personalities, at The Cloister at Sea Island Resort, an event venue in Sea Island, Georgia.
Tripp and Nozomi chose to decorate their wedding in rich shades of peach. The color is a representation of the peach blossoms in Nozomi’s Japanese heritage. The object symbolizes happy marriage and signifies gentility, composure and tranquility.
This elegant Rosa Clara wedding dress won over Nozomi’s heart.
