The gray clouds and rainy July skies did anything but put a damper on Elena and Micah’s glamorous peacock-inspired outdoor wedding at South Florida wedding venue Parkland Golf & Country Club. After sharing an emotional first look by cascading waterfalls captured by Rhodes Studios Photography, the couple exchanged vows in front of their entire family and closest friends. The bride, stunning in an elegant ball gown with a beaded belt, wore her brunette waves in a graceful side ponytail by hair stylist Amanda Frank of Agape, topped with a sparkling tiara for the full princess effect. Elena’s bridesmaids donned deep plum sweetheart dresses by Charlotte Bridal Boutique and clutched bouquets of roses and hydrangeas in varying shades of purple by florist Sandra of Flowers by Sandra. The festivities continued as the wedding guests, surrounded by extravagant purple decorations, enjoyed a cocktail hour and dinner before Elena and Micah cut into their unique three-tiered confection by Elite Cake Creations; a peacock perched atop the cake while its tail feathers draped delicately down the side and continued into feather-decorated cupcakes. After a traditional Bulgarian dance performed by the bride’s mother, DJ Tony Hernandez with Infinity Sound Productions kept the high energy going as guests danced the night away. The newlyweds made a magical exit through their sparkler-holding friends and family.
