On September 8, 2012, Brittany and Kevin were married at the Marco Island wedding venue Marco Beach Ocean Resort in front of 75 of their closest friends and family. Their nineteen month old son danced his way down the aisle in a miniature replica of his dad’s Marine Corps Dress Blues and the two walked together into the next stage of their lives. Guests then dined on grilled salmon or beef filet and wedding cake. To keep the sugar rush going, guests then filled up bags from the couple’s ‘thank you’ table with an assortment of delicious treats. Images by Maria Angela Photography!
The cake was a wedding white cake with a homemade raspberry preserve and key lime custard on the first layer followed by vanilla bean mousse and fresh raspberries on the next, covered in buttercream icing and topped with sparkled fondant.
Before leaving, guests were asked to fill bags with candy from the “Thank You” candy table that included pink marshmallows, York peppermint patties, grape fruit slices, cream colored M&M’s, and strawberry saltwater taffy.
