Intimate Spring Wedding at The Ancient Spanish Monastery in Miami, Florida
Maggie and Angel’s intimate black tie event took place at ‘The Ancient Monastery’, a wedding and event venue in North Miami, Florida. The bride wore a blush gown with an elegant lace overlay while donning a pair of blush Fendi shoes. Escorted by her father, she held an exquisite bouquet of pastel garden roses tied together by an ivory silk ribbon arranged by Flowers by Vivian Colls. She wore her brunette tresses in a chic updo accented by a delicate flower. The bride and groom exchanged an intimate first look inside the monastery’s romantic romanesque cloisters. The intimate ceremony for forty guests took place on the front lawn of the monastery beneath the picturesque spanish oak trees adorned with floating flower petals. The couple tenderly exchanged vows in front of their closest friends and family members before guests gathered inside the monastery for cocktail hour where they were serenaded by an opera singer accompanied by a violinist. Inside, the arches of the Monastery were lit with elegant fuchsia uplighting and decor by Unearthed Vintage while the wedding party dined at an exquisite kings table. The guests danced the night away under the romantic romanesque arches of the monastery in the warm Miami breeze. Jason Webster of Webster Weddings Photography, a Melbourne based wedding photographer, was there to capture every moment of this special occasion.
