Lindsay and Kurt exchanged their vows at the First Presbyterian Church, located in Atlanta, Georgia, with 350 family and friends to celebrate the joyous occasion. After dating for five years, Kurt proposed to Lindsay overlooking Atlanta’s skyline. The couple then began planning their wedding festivities, wanting a sentimental, traditional ceremony and reception where guests let loose. After the couple said I do at the Biltmore Ballrooms reception venue in Atlanta, guests danced the night away to the sounds of Super T Revue, and enjoyed delicious food and desserts; not the least of which being a University of Alabama inspired groom’s cake. Empress Stationery created a beautiful monogram-logo to use throughout the wedding day, from the save the dates, invitations and programs, along with the out of town gift bags; all working together to create a cohesive look.
Lindsay and Kurt’s vision was an elegantly classic affair with an “old Atlanta feel.” The couple’s minimal use of color, from the bridesmaid’s dresses to the venue to the florals, added to the overall look and feel of the occasion.
