Classic southern elegance flowed through every moment of Marianna and Sam’s timeless Georgia wedding day. With floral and South Carolina wedding planner Karin Jeffcoat of Cote Designs’ refined eye for color and style, the couple wowed guests with an impeccable day. The bride, wearing an Allure gown purchased at Elegant Bridals in Augusta, GA, walked arm in arm with her father down the aisle of Athens First United Methodist Church. After exchanging traditional vows in the presence of 150 of their closest friends and family members, the newlyweds invited their guests to join them in celebrating at the stylish Graduate Athens, a mid-century modern style hotel with a vast brick-walled event space. During the cocktail hour, guests sipped custom concoctions crafted at the specialty prosecco bar. Inside the reception, feasting tables adorned with vintage china and dusty blue silk runners awaited. Fueled by a unique “biscuit bar,” complete with savory and sweet spreads as per the father of the bride’s request, the newlyweds showed off their choreography to the tune of “For Once in My Life” performed by Momentum Party Band before inviting their guests onto the dance floor. Cecilia Villaveces Cakes baked a classic two tier Italian Cream Cake for the couple and a lemon confection to satisfy everyone’s late night sweet tooth. Marianna and Sam’s gorgeous wedding day was all captured by the elegant eye of the South Carolina wedding photographer Olivia Griffin.
