Today’s Virtual Venue Tour takes us to the heart of Atlanta and it’s presidential history at The Carter Center. If you live in (or are from) Atlanta and you weren’t born under a rock, then you know that our 39th President, Jimmy Carter hailed from the great state of Georgia. The Carter Center is not only part of Jimmy Carter’s commitment to the improvement of human rights, but also a museum of his great accomplishments. And you can create your own memorable experience with the Center’s spirit and profound history when you host your next event at this unparalleled venue.
The Jimmy Carter Library and Museum Lobby (pictured above) are popular venues for corporate receptions, award ceremonies, and other special events. And, the Cecil B. Day Chapel is the perfect setting for film screenings, conferences, or wedding ceremonies.
A popular facility for hosting weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, and holiday and/or corporate events, the Cyprus Room (pictured above) is a handsomely appointed space that can accommodate up to 210 guests banquet-style (without a dance floor) for seated meals and as many as 275 theater-style for meetings, seminars, or press conferences. In addition, the foyer of the Cyprus Room is included with the rental fee and is perfect as a prefunction location, registration site, or bar/buffet setup.
