Elmo Themed First Birthday Party at The B Loft in Atlanta, Georgia

One year old Skylar loves everything Elmo, so it’s only fitting that her parents chose the Sesame Street character theme. Party planner Summer McLane of My Simply Perfect Events tackled Elmo’s traditionally masculine red and orange color palette with ease. By incorporating shades of pink, elegant seating and lots of sparkle (our fav!), McLane transformed The B Loft into a vibrant birthday bash we can’t help but envy. The most impressive detail? Rosy 36″ balloons attached to every kid-sized chiavari chair and adult ghost chair by a yard of colorful tassel garland. Does it get anymore fun than giant balloons and shiny tassels? (We don’t think so!) Guests snacked on the swimming stream of fish crackers, inspired by Elmo’s best fish friend, Dorothy, while enjoying the character’s company by way of a puppet show performed by Fun-O-Rama Parties. Loyall Hart of Ross Oscar Knight Photo captured every precious moment of the giggly birthday girl’s big day.
