The “Southside Sam” Speakeasy, 1920s-style Bar Mitzvah celebration for Sammy was perfectly suited for his and his family’s classic taste. With a personalized logo, color scheme of red, white, gray and black, and perfectly staged speakeasy lounges for adults and kids, it was an event like no other. Held at 103 West, the party came to life in the details, with fedoras and boas for guests and even wait staff to enjoy, seating assignments attached to old skeleton keys, and tables with names like The Stork Club, Cotton Club, and Chumleys. Each table boasted one of three custom arrangements, created from clusters of red roses, feathers and smoky mirrors. In addition to entertainment by Vibe Entertainment and a green screen photo booth by Button It Up, guests enjoyed gourmet food stations, complete with custom sushi orders. Party favors of mason jars filled with red, grey, and white M&Ms and topped with Sammy’s logo were a huge success. It was a night of beautiful memories and laughter not soon to be forgotten.
