The first phase of the Warwick Allerton Hotel Chicago’s renovation is complete and they are just getting started. In the last year three floors of guest rooms were renovated in addition to the historic Tip Top Tap Ballroom. The Tip Top Tap Ballroom retained its original 1940s character and charm while receiving a beautiful makeover. The updates included a gorgeous chandelier as well as new carpet and upholstery for a more neutral palette. The new color scheme features darker accents and gold trim that marries classic Chicago style with clean modern lines. The Warwick Allerton Hotel Chicago looks forward to completing further renovations to refresh 120 additional rooms this year that your wedding guests are sure to enjoy.
