We’re over-the-moon excited to release to you, dear reader, the cover of The Celebration Society: Weddings 2017 annual issue! We made the big announcement about our switch to an annual issue a few months back, and now it’s here! Before the issue is released on Issuu.com for digital viewing, we’re sharing the cover and a sneak peek into the creation of such a stunning photograph! Can you give us a drumroll, please?
Isn’t she a beauty?! We’re so thrilled to feature such a stunning group of models, captured effortlessly on film by South Florida fine art film photographer Cody Hunter Photography! Cody and his wife, Tiffany, are A+ secret keepers on this big news – since we had to ask for an ultra-high resolution image (for crystal-clear cover printing!), they’ve known the big news for a few weeks now. Thanks for being cool and composed the last few weeks, guys!
A big congratulations also goes out to Eileen Morales, creative director and designer at Beauty in the Making, a design company based in Miami, Florida. She and our editor, Erin, had so much fun coming up with this modern, romantic and sexy (hello, South Beach!) wedding inspiration shoot that took place at The Celebration Society member venue Mondrian South Beach. Eileen is also the creative eye behind Divine Design Flowers, a floral design company in Miami, Florida who crafted all the stunning arrangements for this fun day! While you’ll have to hold tight a few more weeks on seeing all the beautiful details created for this shoot, we’re sharing some of our favorite behind the scenes images, taken by the ever-so-bubbly Tiffany under the couples’ well-known digital brand (a The Celebration Society accredited vendor!), Hunter Ryan Photo! Thanks, Tiff!
Wait… this is an annual issue of Weddings, not the winter issue like usual?
Yes – ANNUAL issue! Beginning in this new year (can you believe it’s almost 2017?!) The Celebration Society: Weddings magazine will be printed one time in January, rather than 3x per year. Why the change? We’ve noticed many of our brides are one-time readers because once they use the magazine for its core purpose: to pick their wedding style, find a venue, and hire their vendors, they really don’t need to purchase future issues. Because of this, we realized we can still help the next newly engaged bride without the increased cost of reprinting magazines with just new style content, when much of the book includes helpful guides that already do not change issue-to-issue. The new annual editions will still include the well-known venue guide special advertising section, advice columns, tipping guides, pricing guides and expansive real weddings, and style pictorials.
For a full list of vendors involved in the shoot, be sure to check out the list of profiles linked below. Interested in hiring one (or all!) of these pros for your big day? Simply click over to their profile and shoot them a personal message. They’ll be thrilled to hear from you!
